We got a message from a customer that they rejected the sepa payment because the statement contained a suspicious value. The value is what we have used for some customers as default name, but it has since been changed - I cannot find where the value is coming from.

As in, they shared with us their bank statement where that value appears. But I cant find it in stripe anywhere

hmmm, sorry to have to redirect you, but can you reach out to Stripe Support (https://support.stripe.com/contact) about this? They'll better be able to help you with this. I'd reccomend that you include the bank statement showing the value the customer is seeing and remember to redact all other sensitive information.
