Do you know what kind of "how" and "log" information that they are looking for?

We have stripe payment gateway with our bigcom website. We discovered some payments for products on the website and the orders were not generated. I would say that stripe functioned as expected and this is a commerce problem. I guess for them to track it down they need more information? pi_3Kj7PsLgoE7kmoq83RjuLEMV is one of the transactions.
As far as how and log. Your guess is as good as mine and I am speaking to a tier2. What I am quoting is actually my reply to can you be more specific with what you need me to get from stripe?
Is there more information to be had about these transactions I can give more details on what the purchase sums and aprox dates.

If you go to the payment's page you can see info like when it was created
Also you can work with our support for any info that you can't get from that page https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
It will also be helpful to ask your commerce platform what info specifically they need about these
