Hmmm ... ๐Ÿค”

#

When generic reasons are not selected what values are you getting?

spring needle
#

our support engineer are putting the reason for the refund in the "other" which should be in a note

#

the problem is I dont get if it s a credit_note

#

a connect_..._credit_note

#

and so on ๐Ÿ™‚

#

kinda lost in the schema to find where your UI is putting the "other" info

zealous lagoon

Oh, okay so the user selects "other" and then there's a note associated where the detail what this "othe" is

spring needle

that s in the Stripe UI. when you select the menu for a refund, you have a selection of reason choice, and then "other", if you select other you can put a text, which is what I'm looking for in the DB ๐Ÿ™‚

spring needle
#

the refund are not the problem

#

we get the refun alright

#

what I need is the note content attached to it

#

which I dont know if it s a credit note

#

or something else like a reason field in some of those tables
