I believe it would wait for the funds to land in your account before taking them out.

got it. So the chargeback balance transacation would also have a status of pending until the charge settles correct?

Thanks. FYI this seems to be the case in the dev environment. I used a test dispute card from here, https://stripe.com/docs/testing?numbers-or-method-or-token=card-numbers#disputes, and I get both a charge balance transanction and a chargeback balance transaction. Both are status pending until the same available date.

Just wasnt sure if the live environment is the same .
