thanks, I'm looking for any possibility: either programmatically or directly thru stripe dashboard . And if there are no way to do it, should we contact the customer asking to cancel the request or we can do it thru our bank?

AFAIK, you can't cancel the ACH charge

#

Your best Stripe option would be to refund once it succeeds

#

Outside of that I'm not sure!
