hi there! You can prevent scheduled payouts by switching to manual payouts.

You can't directly transfer money between connected account A to connected account B though. If you're creating the charge on your platform account, you would probably want to calculate the amounts and make two separate transfers to each connected account instead - https://stripe.com/docs/connect/charges-transfers

With Connect, you can make charges on your platform account on behalf of connected accounts, perform transfers separately, and retain funds in the process.

thanks @long valve for the fast reply,
my issue here is that i want to calculate the application fees every month and the calculation algorithm is affected by the balance accumulated in the target balance, if i did the "separate charges and transfers" then fees would be calculated for every single payment, I think there is no way to implement the business model i have mentioned above, right ?
