Hi, we are using .net and I started to build out a phase, but now i think maybe i need multiple phases just not 100% how to structure this so that their is a start date, charge date, and end date.

I would recommend using a trial period for that

is there not a way to do this using the billing cycle anchor?

There is, but you would have to use trials alongside
