Hi there! You can't backdate Subscriptions via Stripe Checkout.

You would need to build out the Subscription flow yourself here instead if you want to do this.

@alpine knot alright, but can I charge with a hook of first day of next month? I'm considering such practices because I'd be selling in Euro, and company would be registered in a country not in Euro-zone, so trying to reduce accounting costs lol

You can set a trial on the Subscription until first day of the following month if you want to just use Checkout to handle this.
