We would like to Add USD whereever we can to make it clear for our audience that they are being charged in USD not in their Local currency which is AUD. Makes sense?

Unfortunately there isn't a good way to do this currently for the amount summary on the invoice. I'll put in a feature request for this as I understand the desire. Right now the best thing I can recommend is to add to your product name (what you have redacted above) that it is USD so that it shows on the line item.
