Yup, it's a destination charge so this is expected. The payment is created on the platform account: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/destination-charges

With Connect, you can create charges on your platform account, take fees, and then transfer remaining funds to your connected accounts.

If you're only performing destination charges, then yes all payment related events will occur on your non-Connect webhook
