So basically i'm trying to get strip to work on ECwid (platform where u can dropshipp etc sell anything)

and it says live payments are not enabled

As far as I understand, you'd like to use Stripe as a payment method in your store and live payments aren't enabled yet. I'll be glad to help you!

Can you please specify if you tried to reconnect Stripe by disconnecting it and connecting back again? If not, please proceed with reconnecting it by going to the Ecwid Admin > Payment > Stripe and clicking Disconnect Stripe – screenshot: https://ecwid.d.pr/Y1tppC. Then, please connect Stripe again in the Ecwid Admin > Payment.

If your Stripe account is live and verified for accepting online payments, the message should go away.

If the message is still there, you'll need to check your account verification status with Stripe again, as this message is returned to us by them. Just in case, Stripe can be contacted at https://support.stripe.com/.
