Our customers are complaining that - payment is taking too much time. Atleast something we have to tell them... this is expected from Stripe API

I don't have anything else to add beyond what Alex mentioned earlier(I was helping them with their investigation so I have all the context), the latency doesn't seem overly unusual. We can't share specific expectations, sorry.
