Yes, the 'parties' in this instance would be verified Stripe users who can manage their external accounts themselves

Do all parties involved need to be stripe users? I cannot use traditional payments such as a bank transfer, or something like paypal?

Ah. Hmm. So they would need to create a stripe account and create the connection to their bank account themselves.
Is there any way for me to be able to pay directly to multiple traditional bank accounts via stripe, without the need for the end-users to have a stripe account themselves?
Something like
- User logins to app
- User pays into money pot
- Money pot is transferred to a bank account
