I understand and I've escalated already. Then you talked about legal action and about harassment. Those are your words.

I have escalated, I haven't placated you or ignored you. I am an engineer, I focus on coding questions, I can't action any of this. So now, you have reached a human (me) and I am making sure someone will follow up as soon as they can.
