no warning?
what! stripe just shut down my account without any warning because they flagged us as selling CBD - and now, because they have shut us down, I can't talk to anyone

I have escalated, I haven't placated you or ignored you. I am an engineer, I focus on coding questions, I can't action any of this. So now, you have reached a human (me) and I am making sure someone will follow up as soon as they can.

imagine i shut you out of YOUR stripe account, and you werent allowed to talk to somebody
and just so we're clear, many people right now are not getting paid because of this, not just me
