Then I really can't do anything to help here I'm sorry. If someone stole your card details you should talk to your bank

your bank can block all the transactions, return the funds to you, etc.

You are a customer of your bank. You go and talk to your own bank

this is for Stripe users, that have a business that accept payments

Stripe can't help you directly, only your bank can

#

So please talk to your bank, dispute the payment(s) and they will return the funds to you
