Unfortunately that flow is really hard to test because the domain registration has to happen in Live mode

so you can only test that flow on an account you created/connected in Live mode first

For testing purposes can I manually create the account in live and then connect it in test through the APIs?

You need an account connected in Live mode

#

once it's connected in Live mode you have Live and Test access
