Well I’m an Uber driver and I just spoke with ALFI about my issue, they are sending the payments and you guys are receiving them but the debit card showing is my previous debit card information and that’s why I can’t receive the payments

I’ve updated my new debit card information but the payments are still being send to the previous card

Is not about Uber, is about that you guys are sending the payments to a card that doesn’t exist anymore

You can try talking to our support again if you think they might not have understood you the first time. Unfortunately I only have coding knowledge, I can't do anything about account issues.
