Are your ohter customers able to cancel their subscriptions via the portal?

Did you turn on the ability to cancel subscriptions in your settings page? https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/settings/billing/portal

One more thing @mellow drift is there element for billing portal like there is element for payment and other stuff

You can make your own page that tells your backend to do these things, but we don't provide pre-build page elements to do that
