Hey! You'd ensure that you're fully onboarding and verifying accounts as per the requirements to prevent an interruption in service
well, the account is fully onboarded. It's a standard account that the customer created. We did some traffic a while ago, but last weekend it did roughly 400k euro, with 315k euro now being on hold
It's very frustrating, and we would like to prevent this in the future with new customers of our platform

customer sent reply to your questions on monday, still no feedback from stripe. That's why I wanted to know if we can do anything in the future to pre-handle this
a customer waiting this long for 300k+ euro is not a situation that's nice or comfi for us

Yeah ok. That is unfortunate. Information was sent to stripe the moment it was asked, and it looks like the verification process at stripe will take more then a week 😦
