I believe that all transfers must be from the platform, to the connected account. I don't think transfers between connected accounts are allowed, but let me check one thing really quick.

Okay, so I was right. Transfers are only allowed to/from the platform and can't go directly in between connected accounts.

is it possible to do a transfer from the connected account to the platform account without having an initial transfer that went from the platform to the connected ?

because I think you're talking about transfer reversals

Oh I think that you're talking about account debit? if so is there any fees associated to that transaction
