Hi so I have a Shopify website and had stipe payments but they were removed from my store

I asked why and they said I have to send receipts of bulk purchases but most of bulk purchases I don’t have receipts for but I have one invoice I can show

Furthermore I don’t have bulk purchases I have single purchases and have receipts for that
