Looking at that particular setup intent all I'm seeing is that authentication failed - did your customer give you more details on what they see as they go through the 3DS flow?
Not yet I am waiting for more information from the customers
Could you think of any reason why it would be failing constantly?
It could be an issuer with their specific bank/card issuer, but it's hard to know without more details from them (especially details on whether they see anything not working while going through the verification UI). As a first step, I'd have your customer contact their bank to see if it's possible the issue may be on their end
Could there be anything blocking the modal from appearing? Have you come across something like that before
There's a number of different things that could happen, but really it's best to start with a detailed description of what the customer is seeing - sometimes banks/issuers have incorrectly implemented 3DS causing issues with the modal, but without a lot more detail it's hard to know
