Can you clarify for me - when you say "volume or tiered pricing across multiple products" are you referring to creating a Price object that would be tied to multiple products?
Yeah, I think that's what we would be looking for
We have 4 products, all following the same pricing structure. Customers can buy 1 for $10, 2 for $9 each, 3 for $8 each, etc. but it doesn't matter which Product(s) they purchase.
I'm assuming the only way to do it would be to consolidate all of them into one product on the Stripe side, but that has a lot of negative implications for reporting / invoicing / etc.
Gotcha - so essentially the issue is your pricing structure is the same across all your products, but you still want to represent them as separate products on Stripe's end. Unfortunately there isn't a great way to model this on Stripe's end - you'll either have to keep them as separate Products (within Stripe) or consolidate them into one product and make sure you store enough information on your end to reconcile which specific products they've purchased
Sounds good. That's what I was assuming, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. I think we can accommodate by manually defining each tier as a separate price for each product.
Thank you very much!
👍 happy to help!
