Can you explain your flow more in detail? I'm not as familiar with MOTO. Do you just get their card details over the phone and enter them yourself in your system?

Yes, we embed the Stripe widget in a browser window of or Windows app. This is so the restaurant manager can take card details over the phone, however it's asking for SCA customer authentication codes (which it should be exempt from as it's a MOTO transaction)

Gotcha. I recommend reading this: https://support.stripe.com/questions/enter-customer-payment-information-manually-into-stripe-for-mail-or-telephone-orders. You can enter their details from the dashboard to automatically exempt from SCA, but if you need to do it through the API, you need to contact support
