Hi, when you use the insufficient funds card you won't be able to attach it to a customer. It's better to use the Decline after attaching card. You can find more details here: https://stripe.com/docs/testing#declined-payments

oh I see the note about attaching that cards. I added the Decline after attaching card via the dashboard and it was attached. Thank you a lot for help.
