hello! I responded to you earlier, like I explained, this is developer community channel for answering coding/API questions about the Stripe API

There is no account related access in this channel unfortunately

I understand it is frustrating but really, Stripe Support is the right team to reach out to for help on this. Try writing in to them again via the Support page at https://support.stripe.com/contact/email?skip_login=true (allows you to write in without logging in)

how long ago did you write in? their response times can be slower depending on volume etc

my account just gets closed saying there was a unauthorised charge when really i just used my second bank card to test my webiste out
