Right, so then you'd just need to configure your subscription so handle SEPA DD. Like so: https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/sepa-debit

Use Stripe Billing to set up recurring payments.

Since SEPA includes them.

Well users may wish to use iDEAL, Sofort, or Bancontact initially but they get converted into SEPA DD for recurring billing.

You might want to support that up front.
