You would need to reverse all the transfers. It's not done automatically

Ah, thanks. So by reversing the transfers, where does the money go? Platform's balance?

tawdry kiln
#

yes!

#

(You should be able to test all this in your Test mode)

Great!

#

Also I've set all the connected account to manual payout. Can I apply a payout to a Connect account just after a transfer being made?

#

Or should there be a delay?

#

I mean, when a customer makes a payment, I'm using separate charges and transfers to transfer part of it to a Custom Connect account, and then just after the payment is made, can I apply for the payout for that Connect account?

As soon as the fund is available on your Connected Account's balance, yes

dense violet
#

So is there a delay for the balance to be avaiable, after the transfer?

tawdry kiln
#

I think it should be mostly immediately, if the Transfer API call is succeed

#

You can list Balance to see

#

But be mindful about later Refund that could leave the Connected Account in negative balance

dense violet
#

Hmm, tricky

#

So is there a Stripe fee charged if I apply a payout for the Connect account?

#

Like they won't receive the full balance amount

Thanks, I'll take a look and do some research

Wish you have a nice day!

You too!

#

By the way

#

Just checked this page

#

I saw there is a fee called "per monthly active account"

#

Is it charged from Connect account's balance or platform's?

tawdry kiln
#

Should be platform

#

Ultimately you should contact Support and they would give you all the concrete answers around these pricing model. TBH I am developer (all my team here are developers) and we are really don't have expertise on those information

0.25% + €0.10
per payout sent
But this should be charged from connect accoutn right?

#

Sure, thanks I'll contact support then 🙂

I think it will be deducted from Payout
