Ahhh thanks for calling out you only see this on $43.73 charges! Do you see the same thing if you try and swipe the card instead of tap it?

Is that PI ID the one for the swipe (that got card declined) or is that one where you get multiple cards detected?

I think this may be an issue on our end - in test mode, create a charge ending in .75 with the physical test cards should result in a pin_try_exceeded error (see https://stripe.com/docs/terminal/references/testing#physical-test-cards) but for some reason the terminal UI is displaying the wrong error. Let me do some more digging

Does this happen on multiple Terminal readers or just one?

I can only reproduce this when I stack two test cards on top of each other and tap the reader with them. Do you have more than one test card there? Does this happen with all of those test cards or only one of them?

any way to clear or reset this? ONLY that one amount, may also for the 51 dollar amount cant find that one to create

Not sure what you mean by clear out or reset this? To clarify, in test mode with the physical Terminal cards, any transaction ending in 75 will be declined. That's expected per our documentation here: https://stripe.com/docs/terminal/references/testing#physical-test-cards

The thing I'm trying to get to the bottom of is why you're seeing the "Multiple cards detected" message when you're not using multiple cards.
