No, that's not supported. You can set which overall features are allowed (updating payment methods, etc), but not specific countries like you say.

For example, what if I were visiting AU from Canada on a work visa and wanted to subscribe to your service? I'd be using my Canadian credit card with a Canada billing address, paying in AUD.
