I'd suggest reaching out to Shopfiy support in the first instance. If you need to contact Stripe you'd have to share the specific Stripe PaymentIntent pi_xxx ID from the payment.

I already have done contacting the Shopify Support

They told me to go to Stripe because there is not any thing to do with Shopify

If you're logged into your Stripe account then at the top right of that page you click the "contact support" link and can chat/email/request a call.
