looks like a Woocommerce plugin so you might want to ask them. I'd expect this error if you configured the plugin for livemode using your production API keys(that 4242 card only works in test mode).

are you sure you have to roll it?

but if you do, then you can select 'now' if you want. It just means that if you are actually using that API key elsewhere then that will immediately break, so you should bear that in mind.

it's not Stripe support, since you're not using Stripe, you're configuring a Woocommerce plugin.

as far as I know it's really just as simple as copying and pasting the API keys. I would take a step back and start over fresh.
