Okay that is where I was going to suggest you look first. Yes that is weird.

Is there any chance this request had an Stripe Version set on it?

i did the auth request from the dashboard

i went to
view connect account dashboard ->
more ->
issuing ->
card -> the card im testing
create test authorization ->
the modal to send test auth

So the balance available is a request to our webhook endpoint. so is the webhook version locked?

i can recreate the webhook subscription

You can set API versions for each webhook endpoint

Can you review your API endpoint and check the API version set there?

Yes, that should allow you to set the API version to the current one.
