Yeah so on_behalf_of isn't supported for subscriptions. You can see this API spec: https://stripe.com/docs/api/subscriptions/create

Ok, so these requests are for different accounts and one has the proper gate applied, while the other does not. I would talk to your Stripe contact about getting all your test/dev accounts to use the same gates.

Got it. I'm just saying that the proper gates haven't been applied to the account, so I recommend reaching out to your Stripe contact or working with someone on your team who can reach out to them
