ok, the only issue is that I am investigating this in behalf of my customer because we are allowed to operate on their Stripe account (through the connect mechanism), but sadly when I open a case, Stripe support told me I need to open the case with a user which belongs to my customer account but I don't have any. I am kind of stuck.

I would recommend to push back a little and explain that you need an answer to be able to operate the platform and ask to be escalated to the next tier of support. Also it looks like the Stripe account has a point of contact, so you could reach out to them directly to escalate the issue.
