But I don't need write permission.
We do have our app with read-write permission, but some users feel insecure to give write access, so would want read-only scope for such users.
I see. When did it give you that error? By what action?
While Starting the Oauth flow, when i redirect our users to https://connect.stripe.com/oauth/authorize
On first step, correct?
I can confirm it's not working with read_only
I will bring this back as feedback internally
Thank you for raising it ๐
Wait.... read_only means you will be an extension
Does that fit your business? If yes please reach out to Support and they should be able to make your account an Extension
but we want it to be used in both read-only as well as read-write
My understanding is you can't have both. But please reach out to Support and they may have the complete answer ๐
