@dull ledge It depends on which path your payments are in. Destination Charge will use your own setting but Direct Charge would use your Connected Account setting

Using Direct charges. Could you please share the path to reach connected account setting

That setting page is only for "Checkout & Payment Links"
I am afraid a single PaymentIntent can not be customized

As you can see i have csutomised the checkout page but the changes are not reflected in m checkout page either.
That's weird. If you use a different browser, login to the Dashboard and go to the same branding setting page, would you see the same?

Is my understanding correct:
- You are using connect with Standard accounts
- You are making Direct Charges
- And when you change the branding settings in the dashboard, you don't see the change on the email receipt
Correct changes are not getting reflected for the connected account. And I have made setting chnages on the connected account itself.
