Hello! I'm not familiar with Bubble.io. Is that related to Stripe in some way?

As far as I know, yes, it seems to me that there is a partnership between Stripe and Bubble, but I can't say for sure and if that applies to the dev channel.

When trying to make a commission payment to a connected account, I get this message

That ID is for a Payment Method, not a Charge. Charge IDs start with either ch_ or py_.

That is also not a Charge, that's a Payment Intent ID.

That Payment Intent might have a Charge associated with it though.

You should be able to find the Charge ID in the Dashboard, probably under the Events and logs section of the payment detail page.
