Our support is the best place to address this. Unfortunately I do not really have the knowledge/tools to help you with that. How long ago did you reach out on our support website?

If it gives you peace of mind, I can check to see if we received your email. Unfortunately I cannot push or comment on the process otherwise though.
"Error Loggin In" - Because of inactivity, you must complete an account recovery process to confirm this login. You may choose to upload an identity document picture to do so. {that's the message on the app} The message on website -We're sorry, we can't log you in. This is because you have already requested to recover your account or because you're not eligible to submit a new request. Please contact support at https://support.stripe.com/contact/. I tried to contact support on the link and unable. I don't mind waiting but it's just odd and wonder if it's a glitch

I do not see any emails from that email. Maybe try emailing us directly at support@stripe.com ?
