It looks like any of their subscriptions will be cancelled and I am guessing that you can no longer use that ID with payments.

Is this the ID of a live or test customer?

I have to delete a bunch of customers that were accidently imported and if I accidently delete a real customer, I want to know theres a way to reverse it

There is not a way to reverse it unfortunately.

How were these users imported?
