Lets say I am doing a refund. A refund has a balance transaction
will the available date in the balance transaction be when the refund will be available in the customers account ?
We want to be able to disclose to the customer when the refund will be available in their bank account .. or is that not available ?
The settlement with the bank can be up to the individual bank. Some reconcile payments faster than others. But hold on, I think I saw an event for this.
In this case are you referring to a Refund -> Transfer -> Balance Transaction type of flow?

The timing seems about right, (7 days for most of mine). But we never specifically call it out in our docs

Likely because banks can have their own internal processes that could delay when the funds are "available" in the customer's account.
so, can I use the available date on the balance transaction.. or is that not in stripe because it is not in your control ?
It's outside Stripe control so I wouldn't count on it.
