Hi there. I have not experienced this myself, but the best way to get help on an issue like this is to write into our Support team and provide an example PaymentIntent ID, a screenshot and/or video of exactly what is happening, and as much detail for what is going on as possible (is this only a certain type of card/bank, etc.). From there our Support team can investigate exactly what is going on and whether it is something on our end or the Issuer's end.
