Unless I'm mistaken, I'm not seeing a product_description set for that account. Looks null to me

Ok, thank you. I didn't catch it. It is possible this is happening for older accounts where we didn't collect that

I think that is likely. We use product_description in place of URL as this is a common occurrence that Connected Account merchants don't have a URL
