hi! i think yes. may be i puted the question wrong but i meant like a bank card...to use it physicaly, for example here in Italy where i live.

well the "use" , simple for shopping at the supermarket as an example or buying goods... paying online. Issued to the name of the owner of STRIPE account.

Note it's only supported for platform businesses located in the UK and US today.
