I don't understand to be honest the use case of using this card to trigger invoice.payment_failed?

i was wrong i thoght that the event returned will be "invoce.payment_failed".so how i can test that one !!

the best way to do that is to create a customer with payment_method pm_card_chargeCustomerFail and invoice_settings.default_payment_method is also pm_card_chargeCustomerFail

if you create a subscription for this customer you would get an invoice.payment_failed event
