Hi ynnoj! Thanks for the response. I've checked the page you've mentioned. Radar is enabled for live, but when I'm swithing to test mode by using a toggle in the upper right corner the page goes completely blank:

Generally you shouldn't need "request_three_d_secure": "any"

Well, basically, we want 3DS to pop on every setup for a new card for customer, and in a few cases for actual payments

Sure, not sure if it will work. We aren't overly familiar with Radar rules

Although according to this: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/3d-secure#manual-three-ds

That API parameter will overrule Radar
