hi! we don't send emails in test mode. You can view receipts and preview them/send them to yourself from the dashboard. https://stripe.com/docs/receipts#manually-send-receipts-from-the-dashboard
There isn't really any way to test subscription reminder emails etc, but you can see a preview of them on https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/billing/automatic for example with the 👁️ .
