You can add a actual credit card to safari and you won't get charged in test mode.

Previous i have done apple pay integration with payfort. They did not behave like that. They allow test card to be used like 4242424242424242. It worked fine
now i am trying to use apple pay with stripe i can't use test card. That is strange.

yes but in safari it sill get wallet / card from system information. Safari it self does not have any wallet it self

If you see ApplePay paymentSheet then it means you have setup a card in safari.
