hi! I don't think you can get that information anywhere directly unfortunately. Pretty sure it's using the internal rate our systems define so only our dashboard is able to access it, except by actually doing a payout and seeing what the fee used was.

Yes, I wish I could access those rates programmatically. Can you tell me what source Stripe uses to define those internal exchange rates? Maybe I would then be able to base my owns of it as well.

The dashboard even has a page to do it:
https://dashboard.stripe.com/currency_conversion

But I don't think it is available in the Stripe API

I can't no. In any case we don't use a public rate, it's a mix of things and we apply our own markup on top as far as I know.
