Hi! Are you trying to add a test account for payouts?

I went to settings and tried to add an account, while int test mode. I essentially need to test charging in both euros and pounds, and then we have transfers that happen off the back of those transactions.

We were told by stripe support that we would need both a GBP and EUR bank account, and then it would all be taken care off. However I can't seem to add a EUR bank account

I guess you are trying to add a bank account on this page: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payouts
For testing purposes, you can either add a real bank account, or you can try find online some "random iban generator" that should work.
